Draper’s
has experienced, ABC certified bartenders available to serve any
alcoholic beverages that you provide. Our bartenders will have all the
necessary bar tools and will set up the bar, ensure that all alcohol is
served responsibly, and pack up extra beverages at the conclusion of
the event. We will not serve anyone under the age of 21 and will
request ID at our discretion. We will not serve anyone to the point of
intoxication and reserve the right to refuse service to any guests who
become intoxicated.
Customers are responsible for making
prior arrangements for transportation home for guests that are unable
to drive due to intoxication. Our bartenders will work with you to
identify these guests. If it is necessary, Draper’s will call a taxi
and bill customer for the charges.
Bar Tender Fee
$25.00 per hour (minimum 5 hours)
Alcohol Handling Fee
$1.00 per person
You
purchase the alcohol and deliver it (or have it delivered) to Draper's
the week of your event. We will label, store and transport the alcohol
to your event, ice it down, set up the bars, and replenish as
necessary.
Add $0.25 per person for clear plastic cups for wine, beer,
and mixed drinks. Glassware is also available for rent.
Basic Bar Set Ups Fee
$2.00 per person
Includes
Alcohol Handling, Ice, and the Basic Set Ups for mixed drinks. Set Ups
include Cranberry and Orange Juices, Club Soda, Tonic Water, Coke, Diet
Coke, & Sprite.
Add $0.25 per person for clear plastic cups for
wine, beer, and mixed drinks. Glassware is also available for rent.
Full Bar Set Ups Fee
$2.50 per person
Includes
Alcohol Handling, Ice, Cranberry, Orange, & Grapefruit Juices,
Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Gingerale, Club Soda, Tonic Water, Green
Olives, Limes Wedges, Lemon Wedges. Other
Set Ups can be determined during consultation.
