Draper’s has teamed up with one of Memphis’s most experienced Wedding Coordinators to offer you some great packages and make your wedding Stress Free! Dianne Trammell has 15 years of professional wedding experience and has additionally run several popular venues in the Memphis area. Her passion and attention to detail have helped her to fulfill the wedding dreams of hundreds of brides. She cares about each one of her brides and will go above and beyond to make your special day PERFECT.

 

 

Reception Only Package  $499.00

Coordinator will contact all vendors the week prior to your event to arrange delivery and confirm details of the order, she will accept and double-check rentals as they arrive on the day of your event, and will oversee the setup of all reception vendors.  She will coordinate with your entertainment and other vendors for introductions, dances, toasts, cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss and departure.  She will make sure everyone stays on task with the present schedule.  At the end of the evening, she will collect all wedding day items (toasting flutes, cake servers, gifts, etc.).   This plan includes up to 3 meetings and unlimited phone calls. 

Wedding and Reception Package  $649.00

Consists of all the above.  She will additionally direct the rehearsal and ceremony as well as coordinate with musicians for the ceremony.  She will coordinate with your florist to be sure all personal flowers are counted and correct.  She will pin all flowers on the men and the ladies and will work with your photographer in keeping everyone on task for pictures before and after ceremony.  This plan includes up to 5 meetings and unlimited phone calls. 

Full Service Package  $1399.00

Consists of all the above.  She will additionally help you with your budget, help plan your design, attend meetings with you and your vendors to assure that your dream of your perfect wedding is carried out, and help you plan your entire wedding from beginning to end.   This plan includes unlimited meetings and phone calls.
