WEDDING POLICY
|
Minimum
order 25 people.
The above menus are suggestions. Substitutions
are always available.
We welcome custom orders and special menu
requests. Quoted prices are for buffet-style service.
Seated
dinners with table service and other special
arrangements require more labor. Prices will be
estimated at the time of booking. Servers are
available at a rate of $20 per hour per server.
Bartenders and bar services are also available.
All
prices are for food only. Labor, linens, china,
flatware & glassware rental are additional.
Please inquire about other rental items available.
Prices are subject to an 18% service fee and Tennessee
State Sales Tax of 9.25%.
Fees
will be added on drop-off orders if equipment
is left for customer to return or for later pick
up by Caterer. Delivery and set up fees apply.
All
prices are subject to change without notice.
WEDDING
POLICY:
Booking
Fee: A
booking fee of 50% of the total estimated invoice amount is due at
time of booking. This amount
will be credited to the total actual invoice amount due.
Payments:
Payments may be made at any intervals,
but must be paid in full five days prior to the
event date.
Additional serving/equipment/rental fees
will be due and payable the day of the event and
may be placed on a major credit card for your
convenience.
Caterer
must receive a guaranteed guest count ten days
prior to the event, with additions possible up
to 72 hours before the event at Caterer's discretion.
Cancellation:
We accept cancellations with a full refund of deposit up to 60 days in advance. Cancellations made 60 days to three weeks in advance are subject to a fee of $250
which represents provision for liquidated damages.
Cancellations made
less than three weeks in advance, but more than
three days in advance will result in a fee
equal to the booking fee of 50%. but not less than
$250. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will result in the
total invoice amount being forfeited by customer as provision for
liquidated damages.
