Food Station- A table set up separately from a traditional buffet line containing a specialty food item, a group of themed food items, or a chef preparing or serving food to your guests.
There are many ways to put together food stations that will excite and satisfy your guests. You may choose to provide food on a traditional buffet with one or two stations set separately on other tables or you may divide all of your offerings among various tables scattered throughout your venue for guests to visit at their leisure. Either way, stations are fun and can enhance your reception greatly.
Carving Stations
Herb Roasted Turkey $2.99 per person
Our moist roasted turkey breast served with spicy mustard and soft mini rolls.
Ham $3.99 per person
Tasty baked ham served with spicy mustard and soft mini rolls.
Roast Pork Loin 3.99 per person
Juicy seasoned pork loin served with spicy and Dijon mustard and soft mini rolls.
Roast Beef $4.99 per person
Tender roast beef served with horseradish and soft mini rolls.
BBQ Beef Brisket $4.99 per person
Smoked brisket served with BBQ Sauce and soft mini rolls.
Beef Tri Tip $4.99 per person
Sirloin roast prepared "California Style" served with horseradish and soft mini rolls.
Beef Tenderloin $6.99 per person 
Tenderloin of beef seasoned and baked, served with horseradish and soft mini rolls.
Prime Rib $6.99 per person
Juicy Prime Rib served with horseradish and soft mini rolls.

Choose from Linguine, Angel Hair, Penne, Bow tie, Fettuccine, Beef Ravioli, and Cheese Tortellini Pastas and Alfredo, Marinara, Tomato, Tomato with Mushrooms & Peppers, and Tomato Meat Sauces.
3 Pastas with 3 Sauces $3.99 per person

Salad Bar $3.49 per person
Mixed greens with all your favorite salad toppings (tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, carrots, croutons, cheese, pine nuts, craisins, and bacon bits) and assorted salad dressings.
Mashed Potato Bar $3.99 per person
Our garlic mashed potatoes with beef and chicken gravies, cheddar cheese, sour cream, chives, and bacon bits. Potatoes are served in glass ice cream bowls. Add $.75 per person for martini glasses.
Shrimp & Grits $4.49
Cajun boiled shrimp in a spicy cream sauce served over creamy grits in glass ice cream bowls. Add $.75 per person for martini glasses.
Grits Station $3.99 per person
Cheddar Grits, Garlic Parmesan Grits, and Traditional Creamy Grits served with assorted toppings such as our shrimp and grits sauce, sauteed mushrooms, green peppers, cheddar cheese, and many more. Served in glass ice cream bowls. Add $.75 per person for martini glasses.
Macaroni & Cheese Station $3.99 per person
Macaroni served with a choice of cheese sauces served with toppings such as diced ham, bread crumbs, diced tomatoes, green onions, and bacon bits. Served in glass ice cream bowls. Add $.75 per person for martini glasses.
Philli Cheese Steak/Chicken Bar $4.99 per person
Tender sliced steak and/or chicken, peppers, and onions served on small hoagie buns with provolone cheese. Mayonnaise and mustard served on the side.
Taco Bar $3.99
Seasoned ground beef and chicken fajitas served on mini hard and soft shell tacos with sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and salsa. Add tortilla chips and cheese dip for $1.29 per person.
*Add an attendant to any self-serve station for $100.

Seafood Station $5.99 (Choose 3)
Spicy Crab Bites, Shrimp Cocktail, Crab Dip, Lemon Chili Shrimp Sticks, Shrimp Scampi Skewers, Pineapple Salmon Skewers, Coconut Shrimp, Tuna Stuffed Puffs, or Smoked Salmon Tarts.

Chicken Quesadilla Wedges, White Cheese Dip with Tortilla Chips, Spicy Cheese Dip with Tortilla Chips, Beef Empanadas, or Mini Tacos.
